Unknown at the time, this was going to end up as our final parkrun of our Australia adventure.

It was another 05:00 alarm setting, although Rory awoke at 04:20.

Darren was joining us for he trip. The weather wasn’t great with a lot of rain on the 40 minute journey.

As usual one of the first tasks undertaken were the selfie board pictures.

Hilary was on timer duty and Rory barcode scanning.

Despite putting on wet weather ponchos the parkrun weather fairies turned up and it was dry during the run.

Wendy joined us along with Mark, the RD, for a very enjoyable parkfaff in the next town down at Tree Change Cafe, Fernvale.
